1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or exchange if:

- The item is missing parts or accessories.
- The request is made within the eligible return period.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
2. Return Request Period
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Requests submitted after the return period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted sale items
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or store credit.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded through bank transfer or store voucher.
Apna Toy reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.
5. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for:
- Incorrect products
- Damaged items
- Manufacturing defects
- Size or variant issues (if applicable)
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

7. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was caused by Apna Toy.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
- Apna Toy is not responsible for lost return parcels.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before shipment.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
